GENERAL INFORMATION
Our menus were created to help you plan your corporate events. They represent only a portion of our food repertoire and should be used as a starting point in developing your catering needs. We will be glad to create customized menus to accommodate your preferences for each individual event.
Catering by Chateau understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise however, because our food is made from the freshest product, Catering by Chateau reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (on any cancellation made 36 hours or less) on customized menus or special events
Please note: on special events & customized menus, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due upon completion of event.
Our catering services are available seven days a week. Our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday for you to speak with a consultant or place your order. A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested, but we are very capable of preparing and delivering most menu items with less notice.
Chafing dishes, serving utensils and disposable service ware are included with all hot menu selections at no additional charge.
We will be glad to arrange for the rental of china, silver, linens, tables and chairs for special functions. The appropriate service staff can also be provided for all types of events.
All hot food prices are based on a minimum order for 10 guests. All cold food prices are based on a minimum order of $75.00. Prices do not include tax and delivery fee.
Lunch deliveries are made between 10 am to 12 noon. Delivery charges are flat fees based on the delivery area, menu and type of service. All delivery charges include the set-up of food and serving equipment and the pick-up of equipment the same day.
